After studying business law at the University of Leiden, Nathalie started her career as a management trainee at ABN AMRO and worked there for a few years as consultant. She gotthe opportunity at a young age to become a member of the MT of the VB Group as theircompany lawyer and later as the managing director of the real estate investment department.

After 12 years she started as an independent company lawyer and worked for Bakkersland as head of legal affairs. At the age of 40 she took a sabbatical which led to a 180 degrees careerswitch.

She started as a certified coach for professionals and (top) management. And 10 years later still loving her work.

In collaboration with IDING she provide assessments and interviews to gain useful insightsto help clients decide whether a candidate is the perfect fit for their company.
